As part of our most advanced range of photo tripods, the Mach3 TMA18CV1 tripod kit combines classic design with advanced materials. High performance twist locks and magnesium castings make this 9X carbon fiber tripod ideal for indoor or outdoor photo shoots. Included in the kit is a triple action ballhead with an arca-swiss style plate with individual controls for pan lock, drag and ball lock.

Three Way Head

The Mach3 tripods kits contains a 3 way tripod head with quick release plate that can be used in both "portrait" and "landscape" orientation. Not only is it capable of all the adjustments necessary for still photography, but also several video movements.

9x Carbon Fiber Legs

The Mach3 family of tripods features our signature 9x Carbon Fiber legs. Constructed from 9 layers of carbon fiber, these legs maximize the strength-to-weight ratio of the tripod legs, which gives you the sturdiness you require without weighing you down.

Monopod Conversion

It is extremely simple to convert one of the Mach3's tripod legs into a monopod, adding even more versatility.

Magnesium Casting
