Hoya 62mm 85C Filter Overview
The Hoya 85C Filter is designed to produce natural colors when using tungsten film outdoors by decreasing the color temperature from 5500K to 3800K. Multi-coated to minimize reflections, it reduces flare and ghosting for clearer images. As a leading filter manufacturer, Hoya ensures high-quality glass for sharp and accurate photography, with consistent color throughout the filter. All surfaces are precisely ground and polished to specific thickness and tolerances, and even non-multi-coated versions feature a single-layer anti-reflective coating that reduces light reflection from approximately 9% to an average of 4-5%.
