The Xeen 20mm T1.9 is a wide-angle cinema lens designed specifically for professional filmmaking. Built with an internal focusing system, the lens maintains a consistent size during focus pulls, helping to minimise focus breathing and ensuring smooth, reliable operation. Its multi-coated optics deliver excellent contrast, controlled flare, and consistent colour matching across the Xeen range, making it easy to build a matched set over time without noticeable colour shift.

On full-frame cameras, the 20mm provides a wide field of view, while on smaller-format sensors it offers a tighter perspective, making it versatile for both expansive establishing shots and more selective compositions.

The lens incorporates dual-sided focus and iris scales, marked in feet, for easier operation on set. A rounded 11-blade iris produces smooth, natural-looking bokeh and pleasing highlight rendition. Fully manual in operation, the Xeen 20mm features geared cinema-style focus and iris controls, with gear positions standardised across the Xeen series for fast, efficient lens changes.

With a robust 114mm front diameter, the lens is fully compatible with professional matte boxes and follow-focus systems. Its focus ring offers a precise 200° rotation from close focus to infinity, giving cinematographers fine control for critical focus adjustments. The mount can be shimmed for accuracy, and additional interchangeable mounts are available separately, providing flexibility across multiple camera systems.
