Hoya 49mm Pro ND8 FIlter Overview
The Hoya PROND8 filter provides a 3-stop light reduction with an ND optical density of 0.9, utilizing ACCU-ND technology to ensure a truly neutral colour balance without unwanted colour casts. Designed for both still photography and HDSLR video, the PROND series offers nine filters ranging from two to ten stops of light reduction. Its Metallic ACCU-ND coating prevents colour shifts when switching densities, allowing users to maintain a consistent white balance even when changing filters due to lighting variations or creative needs.
