This Gitzo 1/4-20" & 3/8"-16 Reversible Tripod Screw allows you to attach virtually any head to your tripod. Install it in your tripod's collar with the 1/4"-20 stud on top to attach heads with a corresponding 1/4"-20 thread, and reverse it to accommodate heads with a 3/8"-16 thread.
