Yes, the NP-W126 battery is compatible with the X-E3, but the NP-W126S version is recommended If you’re going to be shooting video or lots of continuous shooting as it is more powerful.
The kit lens for this camera is the 23mm F2, however if you’re wanting a zoom lens instead, check out the Fujifilm XF 18-55mm F2.8-4 lens.
