Intuitive functionality

Intuitive, analogue-like controls make the LUMIX LX100 like an extension of your body. As well as a 2.76 million-dot Live View Finder and 3.0” rear LCD monitor for clear subject viewing and image playback, the camera features a zoom/focus control ring, aperture ring, aspect ratio switch and shutter speed and exposure compensation dials providing intuitive control. Mount the included external flash when you need additional lighting, or expand your technical options with optional accessories such as speedlights, an LED video light or Optical View Finder.

4K and Full HD Video

Capture action in vivid 4K or Full High Definition detail. The LUMIX LX100 has a wealth of video features, from manual exposure to time lapse and stop motion animation, to inspire videographers of all levels. The camera even lets you transform your favourite frames of footage into high res, 8MP-equivalent stills using 4K PHOTO.

To catch that perfect moment, you need a camera that can react as quickly as you can. The Panasonic LX100 is built with this in mind, incorporating a quick start-up and release time; high-speed, high-precision DFD (Depth From Defocus) autofocus with face/eye detection; burst speeds of up to 40 fps (frames per second)*; and fast action-freezing shutter speeds of up to 1/4000 sec (mechanical) and 1/6000 sec (electronic). The camera’s Eye Sensor AF will even begin autofocusing from the moment you look into the LVF, ensuring you won’t miss any photo opportunities.
